Instruction in Illinois Real Estate Law and Licensure, listings,
advertising, title search, forms for closing, contract forms, and the
broker-salesperson relationship.
- Contracts and conveyances – 15 classroom hours
Instruction in deeds, fixtures, contracts, real estate closings,
foreclosure and redemption, land use controls, landlord/tenant
relationships, cooperatives and condominiums.
- Advanced principles 2000 – 15 classroom hours
Instruction in agency, disclosure, environmental issues, escrow and
license law.
- Appraisal – 15 classroom hours.
Instruction in the appraisal process, real property and value,
economic trends, depreciation and land value.
- Financing – 15 classroom hours
Instruction in types of financing, sources of financing, mortgages,
interest, liens, foreclosure, mortgage risk, construction loans.

appointment to take your final exam. You will need to score a 75% or
