Continuing Education

All licensees holding a Salesperson license must renew their licenses by April 30, 2009.

All licensees must complete 12 hours of continuing education prior to renewal. Six hours must be the mandatory CORE A and CORE B Course and six hours can be chosen from elective courses. We offer the following courses as Homestudy:

CORE A AND CORE B - 6 HOURS (Mandatory)

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS - 6 HOURS (Elective)

Ethics - 3 Hours (Elective)

Energy Efficiency - 3 Hours (Elective)

*****ALL NEW BROKER LICENSEES MUST ALSO COMPLETE THE 6 HOUR BROKER MANAGEMENT COURSE WITHIN 180 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEIR INITIAL BROKER'S LICENSE.
